Why do I need to register at the site?
To start with, by registering you acknowledge your agreement to our terms of use.
Secondly, registration helps identify you during your visit to our site so that you can refill your balance, buy and download music.
How can I register?
Go to Sign Up! under the authorization form. Properly fill out all fields as they are all mandatory in the registration form. After registration you will be automatically authorized for access to the site and redirected to your profile page where you can enter any additional optional information about you. We assure that any information you provide is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
How can I refill my balance?
To refill your balance, log in to your account.
Press Refill (bottom right at the "Summary" block) and enter the amount to be deposited and a preferred method of payment on the next page. Currently Visa and Master Card payments are accepted.
Our web-shop is supported by eCommerceConnect which offers a reliable and secure internet payments service for web-shops using a modern 3-D Secure protected standard. You will be redirected to their site to make your payment.
We DO NOT gather any of your personal confidential data.
All communications with the processing center are secured using a thawte Digital Certificate. This ensures that all information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. If any other Internet user intercepts the communication he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form.
How can I pay with my MasterCard?
Due to the safety measures we accept payments only from the cards that are protected with additional private secure code (MasterCard SecureCode) for South and North America. This enhances your MasterCard account by protecting you against unauthorized use of your card.
To receive private secure code you need to register your card in MasterCard SecureCode system. Please visit MasterCard official website to read how to receive your code. It's easy and free.
How can I buy music?
You first need to register, log in and refill your balance to be able to buy music.
There are two options for buying music - a quick purchase if you´d like to buy an album or a few tracks quickly, and a shopping cart for a large order.
So, Option 1, a quick purchase:
- Log in.
- Go to the page of the album with tracks you´d like to buy.
All tracks are pre-checked (a check-box to the right) for your convenience. If you aren´t interested in some tracks, just uncheck them. Please note: the total size and cost of selected tracks are show in the bottom. You can first listen to any title - just click on the track name. - So, if you´ve made your choice, click "Buy Now!" (bottom right).
- On the next page make sure that appropriate titles have been chosen and that the balance is enough for this order. Be aware that clicking "Continue" will debit your account for a relevant amount. If everything´s OK, click "Continue", and the tracks you have selected will appear in the "Downloads" section where you can download them. If the order is executed successfully, you will be automatically redirected to the "Downloads" page. However, if there isn´t enough money in the account for your order, you will be redirected to the Refill Your Balance page.
If you´d like to buy a few albums the shopping cart is more convenient to use.
Option 2, creating a large order:
Steps 1) and 2) are identical to those in Option 1.
- Click "Add to shopping cart" instead of "Buy". This will update the number of tracks and albums and the total amount in the "Summary" block on the right. Please have a look at shopping cart icons next to each track. If the icon is marked by "-", the track´s already in the shopping cart. You only have to click "-" to remove this track from the shopping cart. The icon will change to a shopping cart marked by "+". It means that track´s not in the shopping cart and you can add it there by clicking on the icon.
- Repeat Steps 2) and 3) until the shopping cart contains all the albums you´re interested in.
- Open the "Shopping cart" page where you can still edit its contents. If you don´t feel like buying some tracks right now, just uncheck them. They will remain in the shopping cart till your next visit to our shop.
- Now press Buy! Further actions are identical to those in Step 4) of Option 1
How can I download music?
You first need to register, log in and buy music titles to be able to download them.
Then the music you have bought becomes available on the "Downloads" page. You only have to click on the icon next to the track, and the browser will offer to save the mp3 file on your PC´s disk.

All music files, downloadable from mp3caprice.com may be distributed via internet digital networks in accordance with Licenses #IT-06/09-a ,#IT-06-1/09-c for Proprietary and Allied rights issued by Ukrainian Organization on Collective Management of Rights of Authors and Other Rightholders in Multimedia, VGO "Avtor".
In accordance with the License provisions, VGO "Avtor" executes license payments for all compositions downloaded from the site subject to International Copyright Law. All materials may be downloaded for private use only and should not be used for subsequent distribution or broadcasting. Responsibility for improper use of such materials is regulated by legal norms of the Clients country.
