Batman Beginsby Hans Zimmer & James Newton Howard

This is my favorite movie and though I'm not big on listening to instrumental soundtracks, I had to get a few tracks from this one. I thought the titles were interesting (and apt!), had to look them up: they're bat species! "Eptesicus" is breathtaking, building from quieter, sad moments, and "Barbastella" climaxes in the music from a dramatic scene. "Molossus" is the exciting action theme. All are good to listen to when I don't have time for the movie but just need a quick "Batman" fix; they completely capture the emotional nature of the film for me.
