My dad and I were discussing our mp3 collections the other day and I think I shocked him by saying that I liked listening to Bob Dylan! First thing my dad says is that though Dylan was an excellent composer he couldn't sing, b to me his voice is well suited to his songs. I'm not yet too familiar with a lot of his music but this "Greatest Hits" album is wonderful, "Like a Rolling Stone" was the first Dylan song I ever heard. Although the cover versions of "Mr. Tambourine Man" and "Blowin in the Wind" may be better known I prefer these originals. Now I have to go check out "Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits II"!
