El Pintorby Interpol

This album is the definition of walls of sound. I really love when music envolopes me and I feel as if I am lost inside it. And this album does just that for me. I've only recently become a fan of Interpol because at a diffrent time in my life I didn't get what it was all about. Having been through so much more since I was in middle school, I wish I had music like this is my life during high school and when I started college. Better late than never I suppose. I think this will become one of my new favorite albums. This is like the album I was looking for and didn't know it. It's funny that it took me so long to come across this.

But my wishing I had hear it sonnet aside, I think this album is both dark and dreamy. It feels like an album that is vibrant by day and tortured by night. And I love that it can be both depending on the state of mind of the listener. That is truly a difficult thing to accomplish in an album but I'm glad that Interpol did.
