There are very few consistently-creative songwriters out there nowadays. With the stagnant, dry, and mechanical offerings from the pop-music industry, Jon Foreman & Switchfoot have always been a breath of fresh air with every release, and this album is no different.

From the opening track to the final note, the entire album is very catchy, and filled with lyrical weight as one should expect from the group. Definitely worth a listen to the casual, and seasoned listener.

This album has a very good sound to it but it is not the same mellow sound that i have loved so much about their other albums. Although there are several great tracks in this album, their music sounds more like pop then usual. It lacks their original sound that i have loved so much in previous albums. But regardless, i still think it is a good album that is worth buying.
