I have been a huge TTWS fan since their rise to popularity in the early 90s. I own every album they have ever produced including all of their solo and collaborative work after they split in '97. What I'm trying to say is...I'm a qualified opinion. That being said, I honesty feel that New Constellation is their BEST album ever. That is a rare feat for a band to accomplish. Their is just something so appealing about every track on this album. The songs are melodic, well-written and they all have a hook. For me the crown jewel is "Is There Anyone Out There". That song is just so "Toad". I am also a huge fan of what the guys did with "I'll Bet On You" which is a re-write of a song by Lapdog...Todd and Dean's band during the breakup years. If you are a Toad fan you own this album already and if you don't I won't need to do much convincing to get you to buy it. But even if you haven't followed this band too closely and all you know about them is "Walk On The Ocean" and "All I Want" you will be more than happy when you hear the songs on New Constellation.
