I think this is "must have" for any rocker's collection!!! Lou Gramm has a very distinctive voice that set him apart from the rest. I can remember as as teen, going to the local skating rink were you were sure to hear "Waiting For A Girl Like You" for couples to skate to.Cold As Ice, Hot Blooded, and Urgent, are the heavy hitters while tracks like I Want To Know What Love Is, Waiting For A Girl Like You, and That Was Yesterday show off the bands softer side. This album has everything and is the very best of Foreigner.

Who hasn't heard a song by Foreigner? A very deprived person, as this album demonstrates. Foreigner truly has had a ton of hits. What sets Foerigner apart from the majority of other bands is that every song sounds completely different. They aren't afraid to try something new or push their limits, and it's almost always payed off. Since this is a hits album, only their successes are on there anyhow.
Foreigner manages to make virtually anything into a catchy, enjoyable song. Whether or not you want to listen carefully and sense the emotions in each song is up to you, but even if you don't, they're great. And that's truly remarkable.
The variety on this album is as great as that between being "Cold as Ice" and "Hot-Blooded", but the quality of the music is superb.
