2018 Power Progressive Metal release by Angra. A well diverse album. Angra brings its Classic sound and some different styles also. Unfortunately Kiko Loureriro is gone (to play with Megadeth) and we find him guesting in one song, "War Horns" (one of the strongest ones). Fabio Lione (vocals) is fitting in better than the previous effort and sounds much better. Angra has gone thru so many members thoughout its existence, makes you wonder what is going on.

"Light Of Trascendence" opens the album with a Classic Angra Power Metal sound. Top notch musicianship. Fabio's voice shines in this style. "Travelers Of Time" is next with a Brazilian percusion that is characteristic in each of Angra's releases. This seems to be the strongest song with all the Angra elements. "Black Widow's Web" has female guests in this tune and also growling which is not Angra's style. It is strange to hear them in this style. "Insanina" is another typical Angra song with progressive elements. "The Bottom Of My Soul" a slower paced song, probably the weakest in the album. "Caveman" is a very progressive song. Also one of the weaker ones. The album closes with its title track which is in two parts. The first part a lengthy slow progressive song and the second part is orchestral and very enjoyable since it has parts of all the album. Rafael Bittencourt does a good job on the guitars so does Bruno Valverde on Drums.

Overall the album is enjoyable but not memorable. Much better albums are Fireworks and Rebirth.
