Phil Keaggy is a world-class guitarist/artist whose music crosses all boundries. "Sunday's Child" is Phil's best attempt thus far to pay homage to his Beatles/British Pop roots. Backed by a solid band, songs on this LP sound like Badfinger, The Beatles, Byrds and Raspberries. Originally released in 1988, it also was Phil's attempt to break away from the 'Contemporary Christian' mold he sometimes gets pidgeonholed in. "This Could Be The Moment" is the standout here, followed closely by "Sunday's Child", "Tell Me How You Feel" and "I Always Do". Great harmonies, 12 string guitars and jangly melodies, this record has it all! Buy it!!
