“Road Island” is Ambrosia’s 5th studio LP, originally relaesed in 1982. Produced by Pink Floyd “The Wall” producer James Guthrie, this is the final LP made by the original band of Joe Puerta, David Pack, Burleigh Drummond & Christopher North. “Road Island” was not a commercial success as their past 2 Lp’s, but it is sure a great release! David Pack’s “Feeling Alive Again” and Joe Puerta’s “Ice Age” are outstanding. The catchy “How Can You Love Me” was released as a single, but Warner Brothers really did not do their job promoting it. A great LP….maybe their best! Buy it!
