"Shakermaker" of course is one Oasis's best early songs, the second single from their debut album. A bit ripped off from the Coca-Cola song ("I'd Like To Teach the World To Sing") but it's great! "D'Yer Wanna Be a Spaceman" is a short little track; I have to play it a few times in a row to get my fill. It's an extremely catchy little tune about the dreams of childhood; despite growing up and getting life maybe you still dream of being a spaceman! And singer-songwriter-guitarist-extraordinaire Noel Gallagher sings lead. One of my favorite Oasis B-sides.
Now while Oasis is known for hiding excellent tracks on their B-sides I can't say that "Alive" or "Cloudburst" are among their best, but they're at least average for this awesome band. I'm playing "Cloudburst" now and the track is growing on me; I love the way Liam does the vocals.
The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because of the odd listing here. It's not really accurate if you're looking for the exact tracks from the single but by all means, if you're an Oasis fan get the songs anyway and label them however you want. :)
