I a big fan of Gary Numan from the Tubeway Army to solo and into the 2000 era like Jagged and Exile. My favorite time is the 80's for Gary, albums like Replicas, The Pleasure Principal and Berserker are classic electronic 80's sound. Cars will of course put him in the top 40 hall of fame but there really is so much more to his mystic. Splinter gets even darker and colder than he ever has, it is a lot of early NIN sound and doing a great job. I am dust and Love hurt bleed is dark and cold but in you face , very rhythmic sound and industrial. This album is like a journey into darkness and trying to find his way out. Some other great songs are the title track kind of a twisted middle Eastern sound, Lost, The Calling and Who are you are Gary Numan at his best. This is a must have for any Gary Numan fan he will take you to a darker place but not a bad place just different and you have to listen with heart and soul and your ears of course.
