Despite being one of the most criticized works of Pink Floyd, it comes to me as one of their masterpieces. You can feel the pain of loss in every single track, since Waters wrote this album in memory of his father, lost in combat. "The post war dream", "the gunner's dream" and "the fletcher memorial home" are my personal favorites. Deep, melancholic and sublime. Strongly recommended!
