I was so excited to finally hear "Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die!" after a seemingly interminable wait from the brilliant pop of "Vices & Virtues", Panic! At The Disco is finally back with another genre-bending set of poppy tunes for everybody. This is the shortest album Panic! have ever released, but it is no worse off for it. I think the experimenting with electronics and synths has paid off a lot for them, because if there's one thing P!ATD is known for it's being successfully not making the same album twice. I think "Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die!" never really reaches the highs of the 3 albums before this, but it never has the lows either. It's kind of a safe album for the band, but there are many highlights such as openers "This Is Gospel" and "Miss Jackson" and closer "The End of All Things". Recommended to everybody who couldn't get enough of the latest Fall Out Boy and Paramore.
