Let me start off by saying this album from Cold is what caught my attention and what has made me a fan for life. Heard of this band from my cousin awhile back and decided to take a listen for myself. Well I'm glad I did and I'm glad it was this album I chose to listen to first. Real solid album has a dark type gloomy feeling. The 1st song on the CD is titled "Remedy" which has a heavier type sound and is a great song to begin the album with. The second song is "Remedy" a duet with a woman by the name of Sierra Swan which assist Scooter Ward (lead singer) perfectly in the chorus of the song 10/10. Other songs like Wasted Years, Whatever You Became, and Cure My Tragedy are great fillers and make the CD listenable from beginning til end. "Stupid Girl" the lead single from the album would be one of the most known songs commercial wise from the YOTS release and there is a reason why. The single has a very catchy hook and catchy lyrics something we could all relate too and the way it is sung adds a ton of feeling behind it. Last but not least there is a song titled "The Day Seattle Died' which is a tribute to two of the biggest figures in grunge music which were taking to soon from us, Layne Staley of AIC and Kurt Cobain of Nirvana. The song deals with drug abuse and everything else that comes along with fame. Overall, I would rate this album a 10/10. Love, pain, and all the above make this album worth taking a listen too. The band was on hiatus for a few years but has now regrouped and will be releasing a new album in a couple weeks. Lookout for it!!!!!!
