"Flaunt The Imperfection" is China Crisis' 3rd CD, released in 1985. This is their first entire CD produced by Steely Dan's Walter Becker. This LP is a huge step towards maturity and radio accessibility. This is mainly due to the strength of the songs and Becker's choice to use vastly underrated UK guitarist Tim Renwick to grace his talents throughout the LP. "Bigger The Punch" or "You Did Cut Me" should have been a huge hits; very similar to Steely Dan, yet more accessible. "King In A Catholic Style" and "Black Man Ray" are also quite catchy too, but possibly could be lyrically 'touchy'. All in all, I became a huge fan after I heard this LP. Highly Recommended!
