I became a fan of terri Clark when she came out on the 90's when she had her first hit "Better Things To Do". That track and many more are here on this album. Not too Shabby for a Canadian Country singer? I was suprised at this because most people think that country music comes from the southern U.S., but country music is everywhere.
My personal favorites on this album are: "Everytime I Cry", "You're Easy On The Eyes", "Girls Lie Too", and the Linda Ronstadt cover of "Poor, Poor, Pitiful Me". As I said before, the top of my list would be "Everytime I Cry". This song talks about how she feels when she keeps trying to hold on to a relationship that doesn't work. Her man just keeps lying to her. Not until just recently did that song resonate with me, whem I got divorced due to my ex's lying. Now, it seems like that songs really speaks to me in a way that is hadn't before.
