Indigo is the kind of album that you can just float away mental to. This album has alot of aspects of what I would consider alternative R & B as well as a sort of spare James Blake asthetic. There are some really dense and deeply moving moments in the overall production of the album. Tracks like "acid test", "barcelona", and "west" are all brilliant musical thoughts that seem to come from a place of longing and deep introspection. River Tiber clearly knows what they are doing and why they are doing it. Nothing in this album is cheesy or overdramatic which is a strength because alot of simmilar artists tend to come across as more of a pity party than a mature musical creation. This album embodies a sonic and artistic territory that few artists tread into. This is also far more successful than many artists that do try to tread into this territory.
