TOTO Rocks? Yup, they sure can. From the opener 'Gypsy Train' to songs like 'She Knows The Devil' TOTO proves that occasionaly they like to turn up the guitars and rock out a bit. 'Don't Chain My Heart' should have been a big hit and it was almost everywhere but North America where everyone had moved on to grunge. Overall, a very solid effort and sadly the last album with drummer Jeff Porcaro who died shortly before this album was released.
