Finally a band trying something new with the common "djent" sound we've been hearing for the past 3 years. RXYZYXR (Arks-uh-zyke-sir) are an American/Russian band that just put out their debut in November of 2012 and I think more people really need to give it a listen. It's got some elements of nu-metal and djent, but mostly stands on its own as no two songs really sound alike. The guitars are fierce and precise, but the drums are what really steal the show on LMNTS. Highly recommended for fans of Periphery, Vildhjarta, and Messhuggah.
