This was the first CD of Lecrae that I had heard about it. When looking for good christian hip hop and rap music it can be hard trying to find the right artists. Lecrae is one artist that is probably one of the best christian rappers in history, The songs have such depth and meaning and great beats that flow well with the music. Since discovering Lecrae I have thoroughly enjoyed buying his music. He's done a brilliant job with the album! Great job Lecrae.
Lecrae, you've done it again! I was first introduced to Lecrae by a friend, who lent me her cd, his latest album,"Rehab." Songs like, "Killer" and "Use To Do It Too" had me singing along at the top of my lungs. Immediately, I bought the album and searched for more of his work. I stumbled upon "Rebel" and found I liked it even more than "Rehab" is some respects! The songs on Rebel, like "Indwelling Sin" and "Live Free" offer such honest and true lyrics, along with killer beats. Lecrae makes me fall in love with Christ all over again. Well done!
