In the 1990's there was may good underground band, such as Leftfield, Massive Attack, Morcheeba and Transglobal Underground,
Dreadzone was in this amazing group of bands which produced there own original sounds.
Dreadzone's music is mainly dub but there are many blends and fusions to their songs, each album is different to the next and just as fresh and new as their other albums.
Second Light came out in 1995 which was the height of the greats sounds of underground bands. each track as it's own flavour with tracks like Captain Dread (which is a sea shanty in dub) and Zion Youth which is a heavy dub sound. A Canterbury Tale make you feel like you are in Henry VIII court and Cave Of Angels has a indian vibe about it.
If you are just getting into or want to try 90's underground music this album would be a good starting point along with massive attack's mezzanine.
Chill out with this band and enjoy 90's underground (and real/no boy or girl band music.

Peace
