Each release for Between The Buried And Me represents a huge leap forward in terms of not only musicianship, but actual songwriting ability. The 2nd, and much larger part, of the Hypersleep saga is a 72 minute culmination of all the best work they have ever done and is ostensibly one of the best albums of the entire year. "Bloom" is one of the most unusual songs BTBAM have ever written, and the band additionally has shown their ability to write catchier, shorter tunes alongside some of their most winding and challenging progressive tunes yet like "Lay Your Ghosts To Rest" and "Melting City". This is highly recommended to any fans of metal and progressive music in general.
