The first full length album released by Hit The Lights solidified their fan base and left the door open for new fans to hop on the bandwagon. This album truly has it all. Colin is an amazing singer and the keys in which these songs are written in, and the harmonies that accompany his voice makes it distinct in such a way where it pushes the envelope of pop-punk, yet still follows suit with pop-punk bands that have come before them. The lyrics of the song are extremely well written with lots of underlying tones. It is easy to hear what they are singing about if you take the lyrics as what they are, but there is so much more meaning on a deeper level, you can almost find a new theme every time listening. Songs such as "One Hundred" times showcase a softer style of the band which breathes life and versatility into the album. "Until We Get Caught" have a dark, grunge-y kind of feel to it. Three Oh Nine" showcases a type of counterpoint or "round" to the end of the track where three vocal tracks, each singing a different melody, overlap and play simultaneously; all done a cappella. This album is for everyone. Not only will a fan of pop-punk enjoy this album, by the end of listening to it they will also be a fan of Hit The Lights.
