Banderas is a female duet of the early 1990s. The team was a descendant of band of Jimmy Sommerville, The Communards, and it consists of one of Sally Herbert, female backing musicians, and singer with a shaven head, Caroline Buckley. The duet is mainly remembered by its best single "This Is Your Life", which reached number 16 in the United Kingdom. It and was created by songwriter Roger Swallow, like the album Ripe.
