His first and in my opinion best album since coming runner up in 'pop idol' against Will Young. He has a smooth voice which is really relaxing and enchanting. My favorite song on this is potentially 'downtown'. This is a more upbeat and fun song. 'What my heart Wants to say' is also good but of a gentler nature. His newer tracks such as 'change' on later albums in my opinion are okay but do not compare. If you're looking for other artists with similar sound and song type to Gareth Gates then I would highly recommend Train or Lee Mead. 'Drops of Jupiter' is a brilliant song by both these artists. All of these artists produce easy listening music often with of a romantic nature. So if you're looking for a relaxing love song that you can sing along to then these three are good go to artists. The first track on this album is a cover of the famous 'unchained melody' is done very beautifully. This album is worth a listen too to wind down. Happy listening :)
