An interesting album ruined by the inclusion of tracks 1 & 16. How Jake Bugg gets to be included in a collection of 'old masters' is beyond me! As for CCR appearing here, that has to be someone's warped sense of humour - CCR were only ever a commercially aware John Foggerty cashing in on the long missed sound of swamp blues. Other contributions from the late 20th and early 21st century also have a doubtful valuable place here, but are at least passable representations of 'blues music'. True lovers of blues will already have the key tracks in their collection. A somewhat misleading introduction to blues music for you millenials reading this - there are better collections available
