In vertigo and crashed out are also amazing as well. The whole album is really. There isn't a single bad song on this album. I also love the instrumentation on the album. The bass is strightforward and yet driving. The guitar tones are intense and gut wrenching. The drums are actually really wild on this album in how they are always changing and pushing the music forward. And the vocals are like layers of soft cloud that float over the music and become part of it. Not to mention that this album is almost like an echo chamber into eternity.

This album really speaks to me in alot of ways. It is dreamy and introspective while also being fun and energetic. This one of the few albums in this style that really keeps my intrest from start to finish. It is very open and spacious but it also has strong songwriting. The songs here could be taken seriously even if you took all the effects away. They have enough substance that the effects are not what make the song. That is admirable in my book. And that's what makes me keep coming back to this album. I really feel the songs deeply and relate to them. And then on top of that the asthetic is amazing. I love walls of sound in music and this album definetly delivers.

The melodies are also incredibly catchy and thwy make me wish it was summer the whole year round. I think shollow is my favorite song on the album. The chirds are packed with emotional weight and the songs expands into a sonic ocean that is almost overwhelming. I also love the washed out vocals that sounds like they are almost a distant memory.

I think the best way to describe this is that it is a near flawless mix of post punk, new wave, and indie rock. It could easily be enjoyed in so many diffrent settings because is has such a wide appeal. This is one of those albums that doesn't get old and gets better with time.
