Tracks
In the last year, if you wanted Elton John to sing at your wedding it will cost you a 'cool million' (ie Rush Limbaugh), however; if you would like Elton John to DJ your Holiday party, his rate is MUCH less. For only the cost of this compilation, you can have the experience of Sir Elton John at your party with a few records of his favorite artists. Overall, this is a good compilation to start your Holiday music collection. You have a few familiar favorites by The Beach Boys, The Ventures, Chuck Berry, and Otis Redding. A few more 'alternative' faves by El Vez, The Flaming Lips, and Rufus Wainwright. And as frosting on the cake you have the Pet Shop Boy's track - which was only available to fan club members, and a new duet by Elton John and Joss Stone.
Even though this compilation is a few years old, the tracks still hold up and would bea fine addition to your Holiday music collection. Now, I hope Elton puts out a volume 2!
