This album is to chill. It's very consistently influenced by indie music and to me it carries a heavy 60's and 70's vibe. The vocals as always with yellow days are raw and layered in an ocean of reverb which leads to him to him feeling close and yet far away all at once. And I think the album is overall like that. As if it draw you in and pushes you away at the same time. In that sense the album evokes powerful emotional nostalgia for me personally and I think that is impressive for anyone to accomplish as an artist.
