Pink Floyd's "Meddle" is one of those overlooked gems in their deep catalog of work. This remastered version is brilliantly stunning, with all of the nuances of Floyd's dynamic music included here. Rogers Waters, David Gilmour, Rick Wright and Nick Mason are all present here and the results are fantastic. The opening track "One Of Theses Days" is kinda schizophrenic, but keeps the listener grounded with it's repetitive theme. "A Pillow Of Winds" is a spacey, atmospheric piece that for this listener is the best track. "San Tropez" is a beautiful whispy number that envokes strolls along the beach. "Fearless" brings a mighty and majestic vibe to the disc, with some incredible David Gilmour guitar work. Side 2 of the LP is the song "Echoes" that weave a tapestry of rhythms and melodies. All and all, a solid piece of work all will come to enjoy after a few close listens.
