Toto is still one of my classic rock faves. I first heard them do "Hold The Line" which sparked an interest in this L.A. Rock band. Later, they started doing more ballads like "99" and "I Won't Hold You Back". Joseph Williams and the band Toto are probably known most for their songs "Africa" and "Rosanna" which hit the top 10 Billboard Pop Chart. However, I tend to like their earlier tracks.
