Also by Mott The Hoople
Britain's Mott The Hoople was a fantastic band, fronted by singer Ian Hunter. After a handful of critically acclaimed (but moderately selling) albums, David Bowie seemed to revive their career in 1973. Bowie produced & wrote the single "All The Young Dudes" (and LP of the same name) which gave them a commercial breakthrough. This, their next LP "Mott", continued their excellence with strong compositions and form; maybe even surpassing their own artistic succes with "All The Young Dudes" LP. "Driving Sister", "Honaloochie Boogie" and "All The Way From Memphis" rock with the best of any British band at that time. The bonus tracks here are noteworthy as well. The remastering of this release also makes the sound quality surpass any other previous release. A great CD; buy it!!
