This 1975 debut CD by Maryland/DC based, mult-talented Nils Lofgren is quite an impressive debut! Buffalo Springfield alumni Neil Young discovered him at age 17 and subsequently used him on his "After The Goldrush" LP. Nils also recorded 4 LP's with his previous band Grin. Here he steps out as a solo artist, along with an excellent rhythm section in Brit Ansyley Dunbar (drums) and Wornell Jones (bass). "Keith Don't Go", "Back It Up" & "Rock And Roll Crook" are standouts tracks on this debut CD. The production here is crisp, lean and not too busy. The LP was also praised by critics as one of the best LP's of 1975. All and all, an impressive debut!! Buy it!!
