Screaming For Vengeance (Special 30th Anniversary Edition)by Judas Priest

This is a set that finds Judas Priest riding very high on the Heavy Metal band wagon. They had just finished a successful tour and album -(British Steel). The energy did not stop with this effort as matter of fact it came out at you with the force of a locomotive. The Hellion/ Electric Eye merging as one swift attack as big brother is watching you type of song and it became a concert favorite. Riding On The Wind and Take These Chains are good Metal tunes with Glenn Tipton and KK Downing's blistering leads you can't go wrong. The title track comes out like a bat of Hell where Rob Halford shows just how great his vocal range really is. The single from the album is a rock and roll anthem like song -You've Got another Thing Coming- which I have to say is one of my favorite Priest songs, this a Heavy Metal classic right up there with-Living After Midnight- and then there is Devils Child this is where I think they also shine because of the twin-guitar attack and screaming vocals that are signature Judas Priest. The Live tracks are a great add on to this special edition and -Prisoner Of Your Eyes- is a great song to round out this classic set. So if you love Heavy Metal and classic hard rock look no further, you have found it. Scream For More!!
