"Sincerely" / "Twilley Don't Mind" is an excellent re-issue of the Dwight Twilley Band's first 2 LP's. Originally signed to Leon Russell and Deny Cordell's Shelter Records; Phil Seymour, Bill Pitcock IV and Dwight serves up some of the finest American pop music of the 1970's here. The great hit single "I'm On Fire" leads off the CD followed by the infectious "Could Be Love" and "Feeling In The Dark". "You Were So Warm" is a page right out of the Brian Wilson songbook. "Sincerely" is a psychedelic pop number with backwards guitars and great vocals. "Here She Comes" leads off the "Twilley Don't Mind" half of the set and it's a corker! The 3 extras here are also very worthwhile too:"Shark" and "Didn't You Say". This group should have been huge; but as most that gets signed to a bad record deal, they never make it. Highly recommended! Buy it!!
