"The Best of White Lion" is the first greatest hits compilation by White Lion (comprised of Mike Tramp on vocals, Vito Bratta on guitar, James Lomenzo on bass, and Greg D'Angelo on drums) and was released on September 15, 1992. This compilation covers albums "Pride", "Big Game", and "Mane Attraction" but not from their debut album "Fight to Survive". Listen, even though White Lion is considered to be glam metal, they are one of the most talented hair metal bands out there and are very underappreciated. Vito Bratta has to be one of the best guitarists from his generation. Key tracks include "Wait" (from "Pride"), "Radar Love" (Golden Earring cover; from "Big Game"), "Broken Heart" (from "Mane Attraction"), "Hungry" (from "Pride"), "Little Fighter" (my favorite White Lion song; from "Big Game"), "Lights and Thunder" (from "Mane Attraction"), "All You Need Is Rock 'n' Roll (Live)", "When the Children Cry" (from "Pride"), "Love Don't Come Easy" (from "Mane Attraction"), "Cry for Freedom" (from "Big Game"), "Lady of the Valley (Live)", and "Tell Me" (from "Pride"). Long story short, buy the whole album.
