NF created a Mansion, but now we see his Therapy Session. NF creates a worthy second album to follow up almost instantly after his debut album. NF creates songs filled with great collaborations, and a bunch of songs that hold a story. The cover song, 'Therapy Session' is a song filled with his life on tour and how he deals with life as the musician he is. He brings in so much of his own life, exposing more of his personal life. Nate uses his media presence to create a environment of hurt and emotion, showing his passions and himself working though the problems he deals with dally. This album would be for anyone needing something different.

If you are looking for superficial radio hit music about women, cars, money, partying, etc, then this is NOT the album for you. If you're looking for an album that is raw, honest, and refreshing, written about the struggles we face, then look no further.

NF gets talked about negatively because of how dark his music can be at times, (he even mentions this in the song "Therapy Session" I believe) but the truth is, if we are going to be completely honest about things, it sometimes gets dark. This album isn't meant to depress anyone, this is the cry of a good man who has gone through some tough situations in his life, and uses music as an outlet.

When you first listen to "Therapy Session", or NF's music in general, you realize that this isn't your average party/radio hit music. And that's what I love about this guy and his music. We need more artists who aren't about money and fame, but about honesty, and making a positive impact on people's lives.

My favorite songs are basically all of them, but I will break down a few.

"Intro 2": This song is, as the title indicates, a bit of a set up for the album. It's kind of a welcome to the world of NF kinda song. It gets brutally honest, basically saying in the song, that if you want catchy radio hit music, then stop listening now. Love it!

"Therapy session": All of NF's songs are a peak into his mind, but this song especially is. It basically feels like he's talking to us as he would a therapist. He talks about the people he meets and the weight of the stories they tell him, as well as his own problems.

"I Just Wanna Know": I had a hard time figuring this one out specifically, but it feels like a relationship, maybe not necessarily romantic, maybe family, that changed because of a change in the person. He talks about this person being cold. Probably the most radio friendly song on the album, or at least one of them.

This album is a great buy. It's not your average hip hop album, it's better. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for good, honest music with a meaning.
