Time Out Of Mindby Bob Dylan

As this album came at a time when dylans albums where less then great. Time out of my mind happens to be one of the best dylan albums of all time. Even though in Dylans later years he has since lost his full ability to fully sing. In Time out of my Mind, Dylan uses his dark creepy feeeling voice to add a dark but mysterious feel to the album. This is for sure one of my favorite Dylan albums.
