A standout in the Dolly library. White Limozeen is fun from beginning to end, blending just the right amount of true country (Yellow Roses)- Gospel (He's Alive) and Country-Pop (Why'd you Come In Here Looking Like That) to keep the listener interested. This was the late '80s album that brought Dolly back to Country music. She had flirted with pop music throughout the early 80's -which some would argue was not successful. This album, is certainly a return to country and the beginning of Dolly's return to the elegance of all the things that make her so easy to love.
