"Deceptively Heavy" is what I believe is Curt Smith's 3rd solo release. If you don't already know, Curt is 1/2 of Tears For Fears. This CD release is somewhat uneven in quality songs; but the ones that are good are extremely good. "Porn Star" & "Hold It Together" are sonic pop beauties; "Porn Star" possibly being a hit. "Some Secrets" and "Well Enough" are beautiful acoustic based, melodic masterpieces. Well worth a buy, if you are into XTC, Paul Weller, Tears For Fears, etc....
