Korn were allready known worldwide for their unique sound and their new take on metal when they released this album. It was a release from which much was expected and the band did deliver. Still 7 string guitars properly downtuned gave this album yet again the distinctive korn heavy sound which most people allready loved. Me, just like many others loved it very much and consider it a great piece of music. Korn almost by themselves invented nu metal and made it popular and got many people to listen and approve of it. I am giving this a positive review and would definitely advise you to purchase and listen to this. Should that not suffice, take a look at the numbers: 268,000 units sold in the first week of release, album got certified 5x platinum in the US and so far it is known of 7 million copies sold in the US and 14 Million copies worldwide. I'd say it's definitely worth a purchase. My 2 cents.

Have a good day.

I have a lot of mixed feelings about this album. Korn's "Follow The Leader" is an ok album but I don't see how it is one of there best selling albums. I am a true Korn fan but I just don't see how this album sold the most out of all of the others. There are songs I do like on here but I only like seven songs on here and that's all sadly. One thing I do have to say that is good about this album is that I really do like Reginald's (also known as Feildy)'s Bass playing a whole lot on this album. Sounds very different and I just love it. One thing that I also love about Korn albums is that every one sounds different so if you don't like how one sounds then you can just listen to another one. That was though when they still had there original members so im not to sure if it's still going to be that way now. Anyways, on this album I do also love how the lead singer Johnathan Davis's voice sound amazing with this sound they tried out and how it sounds good with every single new sound that the band tries. So great band,ok album, I give it a rating of 3.5.

This album is really good. I am really liking the songs on this one. I can play almost every song on here and like it it's that good of an album. My favorite songs on here are It's on,Freak On A Leash, and Cameltosis. Those are the songs that I play the most on this album. This is my favorite band and they did a really good job on this album. I love it! 5 stars.

This album "Follow The Leader" holds Korn's first hit-song Freak on a Leash, which is my personal favorite. I love this album and all the songs on it. (Don't buy the first songs that say [Untitled]. They are a major problem point with the album on this website)
