Well, what could I say? Garou is a complete artist. One canadian singer turned more into french. But in a really good way. Gentleman Cambrioleur is a mostly french album, with some nice covers like Sound of silence and Champs-Elysees, all sang in a jazz-blues formula, one that I really this can be passed as high quality music.
For those who like smooth jazz and blues this a heavenly album, and of course for those always in love with Paris and France.
Garou has an extremely unique voice, one that sound very low and manly, but feels warm and delicate at the same time, and he has turned some simple covers into great pieces of art.
Of course there aren't only covers, but that you will have to discover and enjoy at the same time.
I wish you all who have decided to purchase this album to enjoy calmly this art work along with a glass ofwine.
