Cheerleader (Felix Jaehn Remix)by OMI

The song "Cheerleader" is a catchy song, but the amount that it is played on the radio almost does it a disservice. As much as it is played on the radio, it just becomes annoying. This isn't OMI's fault, it's obviously the stations' fault. It has a nice summery feel to it, and it's a good all around dance song.

I don't know if OMI will have many, or any, hits after this song. I have a nagging feeling that this guy may be a one hit pony, because when you have a song as big as "Cheerleader", it affects your writing process in the sense that, you are always writing songs with the intent of being as big or bigger that your smash hit, which causes some seriously shallow, no good songs.

I think OMI should enjoy this success, and this moment, and it'll be interesting to see if he attempts to release an album after this, or maybe just continue to release singles, and how good his future songs will be.
