Put plain and simply, I have never heard another album that was like this one. This album has a quality about it that I don't think anyone could ever fully replicate. James Bis a creative genius. While this album is an aired taste of sorts, it shows Blake's unfiltered ability to both captivate and surprise listeners. This is basically the musical equivalent of abstract and surrealist artwork. It is truly captivating. Once you hear it you can never hear music the same way again but you will not regret it you listen for yourself.
An incredible alternative bordering on 'indie' folk style album. To appreciate James Blake you need to look at his first album as a whole piece rather than track by track, though it has to be said each track is fantastic.
