I cannot express how much I love this album. It really has meant a lot to me the past few years. Every time I felt down, I would listen to this album. Every time I was in a great mood, I would listen to this album too. OK Go are so great at making music that appeals to everyone and videos that baffle everybody's imaginations. "WTF?" is a fantastic introduction to the album, with odd beats and a funky feeling to it. "This Too Shall Pass" is a great song with a meaningful message and is my go-to song for whenever I feel down. "All is Not Lost" also teaches that even at the darkest point, you can still recover and get hope back if you try. My favorite song from OK Go overall, is "Needing/Getting." Its progressiveness in musical speed and tone is fantastic, almost like Paranoid Android or Bohemian Rhapsody (and it very much deserves to be compared to both). The rapid strumming of the guitars really emphasizes the desperation of everything that is occurring in the protagonist's life at that moment. The way Damian Kulash sings the song is so excellent, and it almost feels somewhat personal for him. It very much feels personal to me too, as I've had the same questions and thoughts go through my head during tough times and breakups. The final act of the song always feels so sad and almost like the acceptance of a harsh reality. I always listen to it often, as it keeps me mentally grounded throughout life. It also feels somewhat similar to "Last Leaf," almost as if it is a sequel to the story. "Skyscrapers" is always a good listen for me, as are the rest of the tracks. Overall, this album is one that you can listen to over and over again without it getting dull, since all the songs are so unique and different from one another. It really was a life-changing listen for me, and still is to this day. I recommend that everybody in the world listen to it at least once, since it really evokes all types of emotions and feelings throughout. Thanks for reading this, and enjoy.

Ok Go seamlessly combines a post-punk album and an electric album to create this complete sound change for this band. From the psychedelic fueled wtf? to the soft acoustic of Last Leaf, Ok Go covers all the bases to create a unique and diverse album to add to their discography.
