I just tried to purchase $200 worth of music, only for my card to be declined (even when I called ahead) but when trying PayPal, seemed to have "topped off" to $16 ($15 plus $1 bonus) When I tried to pay for it with the credit, it went through but gave me an error message 502 (Bad Gateway) now I'm stuck with 4 albums that I can't even download that I paid for. Not very satisfied with this, and there's not even a "contact us" button that I can easily find. I'm not one to nag or complain, but this just isn't squared away right. Definitely want to see if I can get a refund back to my account. mp3 Caprice, any fixes to this? You've got my email.

I love this site. Great price, great selections, and actually respond to the dozen album requests I have made so far. Fairly quickly too. If you guys at MP3Caprice actually read these reviews, I just want you to know I REALLY appreciate the responses to album requests. By the way, PayPal does not work anymore. I used Google Pay this time, but I really prefer to use PayPal. Party on Wayne.

Signed up last night but can’t “Top Up”. Site says there is no payment service at this time. Strange when you can’t get someone who wants your business to take your money, huh?

Been using you caprice for a long time now never had a problem untill now. It won't let me top up its saying no payment method available right now? Anyone else having a problem?

Decided to bite the bullet, downloaded John Denver's RCA Album Collection, easy download, rather slow but my end was the problem. Good service from Caprice I'm sure I'll be updating my collections soon.

I love the concept of the site, however I am now in a quandry as follows: There is music that I would really like to purchase but I am unable to reconcile myself with the process of transferring money to mp3caprice via Paypal. Having purchased through the internet frequently I am used to:
1) Selecting the products etc that I wish to purchase
2) Selecting Checkout
3) Paying for the purchases
4) Receiving the Download instructions by email
5) Process completed.
The process here seems like a procedure that I would always avoid and I will thus have to forego the purchase while I look for an alternative payment method that I can feel satisfied with.
Most unfortunate that I can't purchase using your method at the moment, but I'll try to circumvent my payment worries some other way.
