Okay, so after some time, I guess the server was updating at the perfect time, but it seems I did get the items to download. Now, the only problem is, I already purchased them elsewhere and need to figure out what to do now. I take back my 1 star and bring it up to 4 stars.

I just tried to purchase $200 worth of music, only for my card to be declined (even when I called ahead) but when trying PayPal, seemed to have "topped off" to $16 ($15 plus $1 bonus) When I tried to pay for it with the credit, it went through but gave me an error message 502 (Bad Gateway) now I'm stuck with 4 albums that I can't even download that I paid for. Not very satisfied with this, and there's not even a "contact us" button that I can easily find. I'm not one to nag or complain, but this just isn't squared away right. Definitely want to see if I can get a refund back to my account. mp3 Caprice, any fixes to this? You've got my email.

I love this site. Great price, great selections, and actually respond to the dozen album requests I have made so far. Fairly quickly too. If you guys at MP3Caprice actually read these reviews, I just want you to know I REALLY appreciate the responses to album requests. By the way, PayPal does not work anymore. I used Google Pay this time, but I really prefer to use PayPal. Party on Wayne.

Signed up last night but can’t “Top Up”. Site says there is no payment service at this time. Strange when you can’t get someone who wants your business to take your money, huh?
