Excellent service, every request or correction answered within 48h. Good library. Download speed is a little bit slow, double the actual bandwidth would be great. Finally, I would gladly pay double for lossless encoding!

I have been a member of this site for 1 month now and I find the customer service EXCELLENT. Also the customer service is quick to get back to you about requesting music. Fantastic service from these guys and the quality of downloads is great. I wish I had found this site years ago. WELL DONE

There needs to be a way to change the file name format so it isn't just the name of the song. I want my preferences to name the download by the artist then the song name,

I just joined the site and have started to search for albums or tracks I might want, putting some into the cart. The price per album or track is astounding. My early examination of the site led to one criticism: that the songs give no information as to the album from which they came or any visual identification to link that song to its album, which would be beneficial to us and also encourage members to buy an entire album or more cuts from that album. When I search for a song by title and/or artist, all I see it the artist, title, length of song and price. When I search for a band, for example, I might get a long list of song titles but no indication as to what album the songs come from. I'm guessing that the songs are listed in order of most purchased first, but I'm not sure of that orientation. Oh, and as a first-time user, the Help section is not very well structured to give basic info. I wasn't sure how I pay for items and had to search through Help sections before finally coming upon the Top Up term--not exactly a clear designation for adding money to a running balance. The section on "How do I buy music" is the logical place to find such important detail but was not there; it skips from shopping cart to purchased item. Now that I know, it may be simpler to proceed.

Downloading is too slow. But, everything else is great!

I love this site! I collect music of all tastes and they have everything I want. If they dont have it, I can request it and it's available soon after. Plus its affordable and high quality. My favorite site by far.

Since I've discovered mp3Caprice, I have built a music collection that would impress anyone, every single song is high quality. The selection is awesome, and the handful of albums I could not find were requested; which were found and made available quite quickly, and at a price that was very charitable. Simply put, mp3 Caprice is an outstanding service, highly recommended.
