This Is a great set of songs on this CD. Ten songs, many of which appear on many of their greatest hits CD's.You can't go wrong with this CD.
It starts off great with "Too Much Is Not Enough." This appears on many of their CD's, and rightfully so. It has a wonderful intro. Once you hear the beat, it's easy to keep up with it.
"Sweet Nostalgia" is a song that deserves to be on any of The Bellamy Brothers greatest hits CD's. It's a slower song, but it fits in quite nicely among their line-up of songs. Perhaps it's because the song is a slow song that it doesn't appear on too many of their CD's. It's still a wonderful song regardless.
"Kids Of The Baby Boom" is another song which does appear on many of their greatest hits CD's. I think many people can relate to the lyrics of the song. Combine that with the catchy beat, and you have a song worthy of its place on a greatest hit CD.
"One Too Many Times" has good lyrics and music, even if you won't find it on other CD's. There are way too many other songs that deserve to be on the greatest hit CD's, but this is still a good contender. I wouldn't mind if it were to appear on a greatest hit CD.
"Go Ahead - Fall In Love" is another slow song. It's a decent song, but I don't think it's one you'll keep in your head. It does have good lyrics to the song.
"D-D-D-D-Divorcee" is another greatest hits CD song. It has a quick, upbeat tempo. It's one that you'll find yourself keeping the beat to. It is a worthy greatest hit CD song.
"Our Family" is a song that appears on multiple CD's. It has humorous lyrics at points. It's a good song worthy of multiple CD's. This song puts a smile on my face when it plays.
"Country Rap" is a greatest hit CD song. It is a bit bizarre. It's an okay song, but you probably won't remember the lyrics.
"Hard On A Heart" returns us back to the familiar world of Bellamy Brothers music. It has an easy flowing beat with good lyrics. It's much easier on my ears than "Country Rap."
"Where The Light Comes From" closes out the CD. It may not be a greatest hits CD song, but it is worthy of being such a song. It's an upbeat song with good lyrics.
This CD has eight great songs along with two decent songs. It is a worthy purchase with many of the songs being among their greatest songs. "Country Rap" is not a CD where you would be purchasing it for only one good song. Of course with The Bellamy Brothers, I would find it a hard thing to find any of their CD's with only one or two songs that I would want. The Bellamy Brothers have been around for decades and managed to come up with many, many great songs during those decades.
